Office Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 total hours a week- Two years + experience in office administration
- Human Resources Experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft application fluency, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Requirements: Pascagoula Office Manager manages the daily operations for the Branch office. Some of the assigned duties:
- Responsible for recruiting staff and providing orientation to new employees
- Onboarding, scheduling
- Maintain required license/compliance for staff as per contract
- Perform assigned duties as directed by Security Operations Coordinator
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Job Description:A Federal, State, and Local background check will be conducted to prove a clean background. All candidates will be required to pass a physical, initial drug testing.
