Job Description
We are partnering with a local construction company to find a detail-oriented and motivated Office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR and AR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings as needed.
+ Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
+ Handle accounts receivable duties such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
+ Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
+ Provide administrative support to the HR and AR departments as required.
+ Manage DOT compliance.
+ Oversee finance collection and management.
+ Collect and manage money transactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven experience as an HR Assistant, AR Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
+ Familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High degree of confidentiality and integrity.
+ Proficiency in Google Workspace.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment
Onsite position. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.off
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
