Who Staffing is looking for an Office Manager for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity with our client in Columbia, MD.
Job Summary:
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position involves managing day-to-day office activities, including the CEO's calendar, scheduling inventory control, light accounting/billing, and HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a professional individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of their role. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient office environment, supporting team members, and handling various administrative tasks.

Billing and Invoicing Reconciling accounts and updating agreements in ConnectWise.Weekly project invoicing with the Client Success Manager.Human Resources Health insurance enrollment.New hire documentation.Preparing documents: drafting, proofreading, and editing.Scheduling Managing the CEO's calendar; organizing meetings/lunches, time management.Office Management/Administrative Executing everyday clerical and general office duties.Helping manages lunches and/or team outings internally.Minor office upkeep and errands.Inventory management; ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies, including SWAG.Managing vendors; interacting and coordinating orders.Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Experience with Microsoft Suites, Outlook, ConnectWise Manager, ConnectWise Automate, and Pax8: Familiarity with these software tools is beneficial for managing office operations and improve productivity.
- Strong Administrative and Organizational Skills: Essential for managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and vendor management. These skills help in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
- Ability to work independently with Minimal Supervision: Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to complete tasks without constant oversight. This is important for managing responsibilities effectively and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Critical for tasks such as billing, invoicing, and documentation. Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in these tasks helps in maintaining high standards and avoiding errors.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills: Necessary for drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, as well as for effective communication with team members, vendors, and clients. Clear and concise communication is key to successful office management.

Education & Certifications Required:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position can be used in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of customer service experience.
