EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associates Degree or two years related experience ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
- Effectively manage the facility usage team.
- Effectively manages the College's Calendar systems.
- Effectively manage the assigned administrative functions of the department..
- Provide quality support services to the end-users of the College's rental facilities
- Create and implement effective operating procedures .
- Design and maintain documentation on all projects and systems.
- Assist with other projects and duties as directed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by appropriate authority.
- Participate in on-going staff development/training activities.
Maintain all purchases orders and invoices for customers.
