A day in the life of an Office Manager: At Samaritan's Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe. In the role of an Office Manager you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
• Efficiently process all office expenses and prepare detailed reports to support financial transparency and accountability with our International Headquarters, working closely with the Senior Office/Finance Manager.
• Be a friendly point of contact for homeowners, assisting with their requests and ensuring their needs are met as we support their rebuilding journey.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to review and prepare weekly and monthly reports that track our progress and impact on the community.
• Warmly welcome incoming volunteers, providing them with a positive experience that embodies our mission and sets the tone for their service.
• Offer assistance to the Volunteer Coordinator, ensuring that all volunteer initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.

• One year certificate from college or technical school and three (3) to six months (6) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
