Responsibilities
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the overall daily operations and supervision of the practice. The position requires excellent internal and external business office relations, supervision and leadership. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors and other staff, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times. In addition to overall management duties the Front Office Supervisor will also receive the patient and direct them to the services needed. Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Medical Assistant Diploma. (Preferred)
2. BLS within 3 months of hire and maintain current.
3. Phlebotomy Certification preferred; but not required.
4. 1 year of medical office experience.
