Job Description :
Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company. Answer all calls within 3 rings. Answers all incoming telephone calls and directs caller to the appropriate recipient. Takes messages for all departments as needed. Assists customer service representatives as required. Responsible for handling Customer Satisfaction Survey and Questionnaires. Assists with the daily paperwork. Assists with the Service Plus program. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs. Assists other departments with clerical help as required. Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs.
