Job Description :

Our client, a leading yachting company in the FLL area, is seeking an Office & Team Support professional to enhance the daily operations of their vibrant office. This role involves maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment while also contributing to employee engagement through team initiatives and events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting and be flexible, stepping in as needed to support the office as a whole.

Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-managed.

- Provide a warm welcome to visitors, offering refreshments and ensuring comfortable waiting areas.

- Manage office budgets related to supplies and vendor payments.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

- Liaise with building management and vendors for seamless office functionality.

- Oversee office IT systems and coordinate with IT support as necessary.

- Direct incoming calls and manage the meeting room calendar.

- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Plan and coordinate engaging team-building events.

Workplace Experience:

- Assist with local recruitment efforts.

- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.

- Facilitate internal communications about HR policies, events, and updates.

- Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

- Support ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing the HR function and overall employee experience.

- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and progress tracking.

Experience & Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.

- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in office management.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Previous experience with budgets and vendor relationships is advantageous.
