Job Description :
The primary function of this position is to be the liaison between the department and its stakeholders. Individuals will effectively handle issues, complaints and inquiries keeping satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Duties & Responsibilities. Provide technical support to learners using the LMS 365 platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to course enrollment, access, etc. Provide communication to learners by sending notifications and updates (as requested) on registration. Assist in creating and maintaining registrations for courses. Handle learner inquiries and provide information about registration requirements, deadlines and procedures. Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping of registered learners. Attends and participates in meetings as required. Provide onsite support at training events as requested by management.
