Oversees the administration of over 600 standardized tests, including computer-based and paper-based formats, at the University of Illinois Testing Center. Manages daily operations, engaging clients to ensure a positive testing experience, proctoring exams in compliance with established protocols, addressing property-related issues, and troubleshooting technical problems for testing partners, Prometric and Pearson VUE. Ensures the Testing Center operates efficiently, maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory standards while fostering a secure and professional testing environment.
