Summary
The Shopper & Omni Channel Marketing Lead is charged with developing, executing and measuring Shopper and Omni Channel programs for key strategic retailers that will drive growth for the Land O'Frost family of brands. The position has overall responsibility for the total Shopper Marketing budget and measurement/reporting as well as development and execution of programs for a subset of key customers. He or she reports to the Director, Brand Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Omni Shopper Marketing budget, inclusive of all customers. Recommend total budget and breakout by customer in line with customer strategy and expected revenue.
- Lead the strategic development, execution and reporting of all Omni Shopper Marketing plans for assigned customers. Recommend budgets and tactics that align with brand and sales objectives, working in close collaboration with Sales and Brand partners.
- Lead development of all creative assets used in Shopper Marketing programs, partnering with retailers, brokers and agencies, and gaining alignment from Brand Teams.
- Lead the development and execution of partnership programs, including vendor management.
- Lead Omni Channel analytics, reporting and measurement to ensure programs deliver against key KPIs. Track overall Omni Channel spend vs. budget; coordinate quarterly share-out of all programs and results with Brand and leadership.
- Oversee national and account-specific couponing plans, including performance reporting and recommendations for shifts in strategy.
- Track program performance, including sales lift and coupon redemption by program for assigned customers. Recommend program optimizations based on analytics and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in Shopper Marketing, Marketing or Agency experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Analytically inclined with strong strategic business acumen.
- Detail orientated, reliable, resourceful and driven for results professional.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills – able to work collaboratively with sales teams, brokers, brand partners and agencies.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, work independently and prioritize/work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Travel: 5-10% Travel Required.
