Job Title: House Man Job Type: On Call We are seeking a House Man to join our team at a Private Club. The House Man will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain the club's facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas - Ensure that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters - Assist with setting up and breaking down events and meetings - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Requirements Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Salary Description $30.65
