We are looking for ON-CALL Quality Control Inspectors IMMEDIATELY!ALL 3 SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE!Overview:On-Call Quality Control Inspector - $16.00-18.00Are you looking for flexible, occasional work? As an On-Call Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a vital role in covering labor shortages for our clients. This position is perfect for retired or semi-retired individuals, college students, stay-at-home parents looking for a change of pace, or anyone who wants to work occasionally without a full-time commitment.You will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and containing any non-conforming parts or processes to prevent defects from reaching the customer. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality!Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of automotive components, parts, and assemblies to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including non-conforming parts, defects, and corrective actions taken.
• Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and standards to ensure consistent and reliable inspection processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including inspection areas and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to support production schedules or quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training.
• No previous experience in automotive manufacturing required but a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle quality issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
