On Demand Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Military Support - Blue Rose Consulting Group : Job Details

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking qualified *Mission Ready Reserve (MRR)* *Child and Youth Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC)* to provide as-needed counseling services to support military families. These roles offer flexible, on-demand opportunities to serve at various military installations and youth centers across Oklahoma and North Dakota.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide face-to-face counseling services to military children and adolescents on and off military installations* Facilitate health and wellness presentations and training sessions for youth, parents, and school/youth center personnel* Collaborate with parents, youth center staff, school personnel, and installation command staff to address behavioral issues and provide guidance on youth mental health* Serve in youth programs, summer camps, and other child-focused activities as needed* Work closely with military Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure all services meet contractual requirements and the unique needs of the installation*Minimum Requirements:** Master's degree in a Behavioral Health profession (e.g., MS, MSW, MA)* A valid, unrestricted counseling license, preferably in the state of work; however, licenses from other states may be accepted as well* Typical licenses include *LPC*, *LCSW*, *LMFT*, *LCPC*, and *LMHC*;* *LADC *and *LMSW* license types are *NOT *eligible, and clinicians under supervision may not apply* Understanding of military lifestyles and experience working with military family members* Ability to work independently to develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet individual and family needs* Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English* Must be able to pass all background/suitability checks, which may include additional installation-specific requirements*Desired Experience:** Previous military service or strong familiarity with the military lifestyle* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:* On callWork Location: In person
