Summary/Objective
With a customer-centric focus, this position maintains a daily on-site presence and is responsible for supporting all the various recruiting needs for one of MAU's most established client accounts.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with typical work hours being Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be expected, as needed.
Essential Functions
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with client's HR department and hiring managers while leading the placement process.
- Follow up with hiring managers on requisition approvals and/or rejections.
- Review job descriptions with Hiring Managers to ensure they reflect duties and skills needed and make recommendations for changes based on current market trends
- Provide weekly status communication (meetings, emails, etc.) to Hiring Managers with open positions
- Schedule and lead position qualification meetings to understand the hiring managers' needs once vacancy requisitions are approved/received and prior to internal posting.
- Facilitate post interview meetings with targeted selection interview teams.
- Coordinate exempt offer, acceptance, and follow-up.
- Act as liaison between MAU recruiters and client representatives for hiring activities for salaried exempt and non-exempt hiring.
- Post all positions in TalentHub, the client's applicant tracking system, and job boards as necessary.
- Review all applications in TalentHub.
- Facilitate interview process with internal hiring teams and candidates.
- Facilitate pre-employment testing for positions that require skills test (Maintenance Tech, Controls Tech etc.)
- Send out offer packets – internal and external.
- Manage candidate dispositions for both internal and external candidates to client's standards.
- Send post-fill and post-hire surveys to hiring managers and candidates for external exempt & non-exempt positions.
- Manage Onsite Contractors
- Track approved requisitions for contractors.
- Send submittals for screened candidates to hiring manager and request feedback.
- Coordinate telephone and on-site interviews for candidates, as requested.
- Send out offer packets for approved contractors.
- Coordinate all new hire paperwork and on-boarding for new contractors.
- Manage contractor payroll activities, as well as employee relations questions.
- Maintain MAU Monthly Contractor Headcount Report
- Hold contractor exit meetings and coordinate exit paperwork.
- Manage Student Programs (Co-Ops and International Interns)
- Track approved requisitions for co-ops and interns.
- Hold Qualification meetings with hiring managers for each approved position.
- Maintain co-op and intern job postings, review applications and resumes, and screen qualified candidates.
- Facilitate interview process with internal hiring team and candidates.
- Send out offer letters for approved candidates.
- Coordinate all new hire paperwork and on-boarding activities for co-ops and interns, including new hire intern orientation, and meet and greets.
- Coordinate co-op events and travel to partner schools for co-op recruiting trips.
- Manage employee relations questions for all students.
- Maintain Co-Op Tracking and Staffing Reports and Co-Op metrics.
- Facilitate onboarding for all External New Hires, to potentially include pre-employment physicals and/or 1st day medical reviews.
- Inform new hire when and where to report on first day.
- Participate in weekly client staffing meetings, and prepare various reports for the client in advance of the meetings.
- Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings, and prepare various monthly internal reports (i.e., billing, metrics, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manage the conversion process for employees being brought on by the client full time.
- Assist other onsite MAU teams, as needed, with employee questions, recruitment/screening, and other duties as needed

Required Education and Experience
Required Qualifications include:
- Associate's Degree is required.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must possess strong customer service orientation.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality.
- Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing is ideal.

Work Environment or Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.
