In your new role, you will manage the onboarding process for mid-market and enterprise clients at Mosaic, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional first experience with our platform. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to optimize onboarding strategies and processes, and be responsible for the success and satisfaction of new clients during their critical first steps with Mosaic.
