This position isresponsible for providing onboarding support for field associates. Onboarding Specialists are thepoint of contact for questions surrounding onboarding and compliance. Bachelor's degree in business, psychology,communications, HR, or a related field is preferred.Experience in recruiting or onboarding preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.Onboarding Specialists must comply with state background screening requirements.
