Title : Pre-Employment Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr W2
Contract Duration: Minimum of 6 months with the potential to extend to 9 months
Location: 100% Onsite at Fort Worth, TX 76155
Shift: M-F 7am - 6pm CST (flex hours - will be 40 hours per week) - will not likely work OT

What you'll do
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all pre-employment documentation and requirements meet industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with Recruiting teams, Legal, Recruiting Vendors (RPOs) and Operational teams to gather and review necessary pre-employment documents and certifications and facilitate speedy, compliant clearances.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the pre-employment process, addressing questions, providing guidance on compliance requirements, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Update Process Documents: Assist in updating and implementing company policies and procedures related to pre-employment compliance.
• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• 2-4 Years experience in Human Resources, Pre-Employment or Recruiting functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must Have -
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition in large, high volume, global organizations
Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Suite products
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to handle sensitive/ confidential information.
