Onboarding Sr. Analyst - (REMOTE) - eXp World Holdings : Job Details

The Onboarding, Sr Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Onboarding Analysts, while being the frontline for Agent Onboarding along with assisting the Onboarding Analysts in their region. Is at the forefront of escalations or day-of questions from staff, other departments as well as State Brokers, agents, and other eXp partners. Assists with the successful completion of onboarding transitions from Individual to Team Agents. Works in identifying additional training needs of staff and communicates any findings of inaccuracies throughout Join. App, Enterprise, Hub. Spot, & various platforms used. Works to review and report staff metrics of Brokerages/ Teams joining, Join App, Enterprise, and Hubspot. Works to provide feedback to the Onboarding Manager for testing and support at launch/release of system improvements.
