• Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and determine care priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Ensure documentation aligns with standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centered care in line with the professional nursing practice model.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:-Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia & lymphoma, inpatient setting.
