One-Call Center Associate - Lake City Bank : Job Details

Assist customers and Lake City Bank employees with questions on accounts, loans, branch hours, ATM and Debit cards, Internet Banking, technical issues and more. Refer bank products and services to fill your customers' needs. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction Basic Qualifications Include:In depth knowledge of bank operations and an understanding of bank policies and procedures. Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, Windows 2000 and XP - One to three years of banking experience preferred.
