Salary Range: Starting at $18.25 (pay is reviewed after 90 days)Are you a friendly, customer-service oriented individual interested in working for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As an associate at our Warsaw based call center you will:
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service over the telephone
- Assist customers and Lake City Bank employees with questions on accounts, loans, branch hours, ATM and Debit cards, Internet Banking, technical issues and more
- Refer bank products and services to fill your customers' needs
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
Basic Qualifications Include:
- In depth knowledge of bank operations and an understanding of bank policies and procedures
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, Windows 2000 and XP
- One to three years of banking experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 10:00-7:00
- Sunday: 10:00-4:00
