Position Summary:2nd Swing is looking for an Online Club Fitting Associate to join our expert team. We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every golfer a great experience. We encourage our team to have fun, work hard, and to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the workday. This role is located onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. The Fitting & Support team works hard to offer excellent customer service to all 2nd Swing golfers and plays a very important role in helping to achieve our mission of Best-in-Class Service. Online Fitting Associates play an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of golfers and their experiences.The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf, call center experience and be successful in creating customer relationships. A positive attitude, high energy and dedication to professionalism are traits that we look for in potential candidates. We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to handle multiple tasks, possess communication skills, and the desire to learn. Responsibilities:

• Achieve a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction through all touch points
• Communicate with golfers via phones, emails, surveys and online chat
• Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining problems or reasons for contact
• Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
• Maintain knowledge of products, prices, delivery times, promotions, and similar data
• Engage in continuous training around product and equipment
• Assist with the placement of orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two plus years of previous sales or customer service experience
• Club fitting certifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years golf club fitting experience
• Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and meet deadlines consistently
• Knowledge of the game of golf, golf equipment, and the desire for continued learning

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending
