As an Online Marketplace Outlet Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our digital outlet presence, ensuring the effective listing, promotion, and sale of a diverse range of products. Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our online market presence and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position works to optimize the assessment, photography, posting, sale, fulfillment, and related ongoing customer support of opened, used, and overstock inventory. This position is intricate to our sales team and is responsible for liquidating goodwill customer returns received in other than new conditions that cannot be returned to vendors for credit. Will also assist the Product Team with liquidating overstock inventory as needed.Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing and Management:
    • Create compelling and accurate product listings for our online outlet platform.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock representation online.
    • Regularly update product information, pricing, and promotions.
    • Photograph each item for listing
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Process and fulfill online orders promptly and accurately.
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
    • Provide order tracking and shipping information to customers as needed.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure product listings adhere to quality standards and accurately represent the products.
    • Conduct regular reviews of product listings for accuracy and relevance.
  • Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and best practices.
    • Basic knowledge of hardware products and their specifications.
    • Must be proficient with Excel
    • Two-year associate's degree preferred
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using online sales platforms.
    • Basic knowledge of image editing tools for product visuals.
    • Familiarity with order management systems and e-commerce analytics.
