Reporting to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Executive Assistant III (HR) will provide administrative support to the CHRO and the executive HR leadership team. Responsibilities include providing critical support through research, analysis, writing, information coordination, distributing correspondence, and relationship management. The individual must possess and model a professional demeanor; the individual must also be organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

* Develops, reviews, edits, and drafts presentations and documentation in collaboration with the CHRO and HR leadership team; independently researches and analyzes associated issues and/or compiles materials needed for presentation and/or decision-making purposes.

* Interacts with cross-functional teams and follows up on action items and deliverables.

* Coordinates the activities of the CHRO and HR VPs, including managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and associated logistics.

* Understands the HR leadership team's priorities and anticipates their needs; proactively solves problems and/or independently handles issues as necessary.

* Independently prioritizes, plans, coordinates, and/or oversees logistics for meetings and conferences with individuals and entities internal and external to the company.

* Serves as primary liaison to various internal and external constituencies, including executive leaders, Board members, and their support professionals, on behalf of the CHRO and HR VPs.

* Maintains the strictest levels of confidentiality and interacts appropriately with all levels of the organization.

* Coordinates department-wide initiatives with HR leaders and others.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

* 5-10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level or executive-level leaders.

* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required.

* Prior experience developing presentations for executive-level audiences.

* Prior MS Visio experience for the purposes of documenting workflows.

* Proficient skills and experience with SharePoint.

* Ability to identify problems, collect and analyze information and recommend solutions.

* Ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple tasks independently.

NOTE: AmeriHealth Caritas utilizes a hybrid work environment with associates working from home two days a week and in the office three days a week. The functions of this position will be performed onsite at our offices located at 3875 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA, 19073.
