Bit By Bit is looking for a talented and passionate Help Desk Engineer committed to providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our clients. We are searching for someone to take on a Dedicated Helpdesk Engineer position (Salary based on proficiencies). In this position, you would be on-site and dedicated to a specific client. In this role you would be part of a team dedicated to this account with the ability to escalate issues to our NYC based staff. This will be a full-time position, working on the client's site 3-4 days a week. Qualifications: •Basic technical support of client systems •Create and Maintain documentation •Maintain Client IT Hardware inventory •Hardware and software troubleshooting •User onboarding and offboarding •Audio/Visual Conference support •On-site to client in New Jersey - Candidate should have a car Requirements Technical Responsibilities:
- Remote Desktop support and Troubleshooting for Windows
- Network and Server Monitoring
- Antivirus Deployment
- Microsoft Active Directory Domain and File Server Administration
- Private and Hosted Email (Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps)
- Email Spam and Antivirus Administration
- Stellar Customer Service skills and communication skills
- Proficient with all Microsoft suite products
- Experience with MFA, SSO, AD and o365 preferred

Additional Desirable Skills:
- MSP experience
- Experience supporting Law Firms
- Network Certifications and Training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)
- Firewall and Switch Administration
Minimum of 1 year experience working with a Managed Services IT company preferred. Education: 4 year College degree, preferably a B.S in a technical science or equivalent experience.
