About This Position

The Assistant Operations Specialist will work with distribution center and on-site teams to focus on all facets of daily inventory management of product stored at customer or on-site locations.

What You'll Need

* Associate degree (A. A.) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

* Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

* Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

* Must be thorough and detail oriented

* Good organizational skills

* Strong mathematical skills

* Computer skills

* Good interpersonal skills

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Ability to prioritize assignments

* Knowledge of handling general office equipment

* Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications

* Knowledge and experience using Oracle would be a plus

* Must be 21 years or older

* Must feel comfortable working in a correctional environment

* Good communication skills

* Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check and drug screening
