Assist property manager with on-site construction & capital improvement pojects

Supervise site employees with Chief Engineer

Oversee the timely & successful completion of maintenance requests

Ensure all building policies & proceedures are adhered to

Perform periodic building inspections

Prepare Purchase Orders for superintendant's building work

Prepare monthly vacancy & leasing reports

Coordinate all move in & move outs with Tenants

Process invoices for additional tenant services
