Are you a strong, adaptable leader with experience managing dedicated accounts? We are looking for a manager to lead a diverse group of drivers and manage customer relationship. The right candidate will be monitoring and overseeing the safe, effective, and value-added support for our customers and drivers. This position is shared between to managers on opposite shifts. M-F 0200-1100 and 1100-1900.

Responsibilities as an onsite operations manager look like:
* Supervise and direct all driver's activities within Paper Transport and Customer guidelines.
* Ensure continuity between days and nights for a seamless transition.
* Conduct training & development of new and existing drivers.
* Implement new policies and procedures to create uniformity within the department.
* Ensure that equipment is maintained and within specs. Maintain needed supplies i.e. oil, bungee cords. Review monthly vehicle logs to ensure p.m.'s and other necessary maintenance has occurred.
* Investigate and resolve customer and driver concerns.
* React immediately to any accidents and spills following all the customers' requirements for reporting and clean up.
* Prepare and maintain driver schedule ensuring the correct number of drivers are on hand while monitoring hours worked.
* Supply customers with any needed reports and their miscellaneous requests.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Two to three years of transportation experience
