Position Title: Onsite Recruiter/Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Hagerstown, MDJob Type: Full-Time OnsiteJob Summary:System One is seeking a dynamic and experienced Onsite Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of proven success in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within manufacturing environments and proficiency in applicant tracking and HR management systems such as Workday, ADP, and SAP.This role will play a critical part in sourcing top talent, building relationships, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring a seamless recruiting process.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Coordinate 3rd party agency submittals, interview scheduling, and hiring process.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and industry networks.Invoice reconciliation as requested and required.Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience is mandatory, preferably within manufacturing or similar environments.Education: BA in a related field is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday, ADP, and SAP systems is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment laws, and hiring best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.#M1#LI-JB1
