Onsite Support Specialist - Manpower Group : Job Details

Manpower is seeking an Onsite Support Specialistto join their team. The ideal candidate will have HR Generalist experience,supervisory skillsand excellent computer skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Onsite Support SpecialistPay Rate:$23-$28 based on experience

Location: Dunkirk NY 14048

Whats the Job?

• Administer the onboarding of associates and provide pre-assignment orientation. Ensure employees are paid for their orientation training.
• Conduct weekly inventory of PPE
• Ownership of time clock, correcting errors, reviewing reports for accuracy. Also providing other requested management reports.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Maintain employee files and HIPPA information securely and privately.

Whats Needed?

• 3+ years of appropriate business experience preferred including experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, Teams and familiar with PowerPoint.
• Experience in HR Generalist and/or Staffing strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, and flexible.
