Per Mar Security Services is seeking Flex Security Officers!

We are looking for flex officers to work any and all days and all shifts.

As a flex officer, you are needed for vacations, temporary sites, call-offs, or to fill-in when vacancies occur.

Pay range is $15.00-$18.00+ an hour, which is determined by the site worked. Hours available may fluctuate greatly, and are determined by operational needs.

Must be able to pass a background check with no disqualifying convictions.

In addition, must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Will be flexible with scheduling, be dependable, have excellent customer service skills, have great oral and written communication skills, and have a positive attitude!!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Monitor sites and special events to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

* Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

* Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

* Report any facility issues

* Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

* Ability to stand for extended periods

* Strong attention to detail

* Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.

* Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
