Overview:

As a Jeremiah's Italian Ice opener, you will play a key role in delivering 5-star customer service. Your daily responsibilities will be opening the store, prepping the store for the day, setting tills, taking orders, making orders, preparing Italian Ice, stocking/organizing and cleaning .

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest

Assist with anything the manager needs

Cash handling

Fulfill catering orders and working offsite events with manager or shift lead

Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience

Skills:

Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong representation of the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction

Work Schedule:

Shifts: 6-8-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts

Availability: Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
