Pay Range: $27.09 - $34.97/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembles supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
• Prepares sterile instrument table.
• Maintains aseptic techniques and actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique.
• Positions patient according to type of surgery.
• Assists the surgical team in surgical procedures which may include passing instruments, sponges, and sutures. Maintains work area.
• Gathers equipment for cleaning and sterilization.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 - 3 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• BLS
• Call required
• Fingerprinting required
• MUST HAVE COMPLETED AN OR TECH PROGRAM FROM AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL
• WILL CONSIDER CST- Certified Surgical Tech
