About The Role:

As an Operations Shift Lead, you will guide the activities of the shift in the absence of the Head of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Manager, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of efficiency. You'll be responsible for executing the station deployment plan under the direction of management, coordinating team efforts, and addressing any challenges that arise during your shift. Your leadership will be key to keeping the pharmacy running smoothly, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Inventory management including cycle counts, ordering/planning, verifying incoming product, and quality control
  • Lead teams of up to 10 people to meet production goals and intelligently manage labor
  • Make recommendations to upper management about opportunities and risks within internal operations and supply chain
  • Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
  • Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
  • Training new and current team members on tasks
  • Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards

Who You Are:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to lift 40 pounds regularly throughout shift
  • 1+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Experience in a pharmacy and or warehouse setting
  • Quick learner, hard working, highly attentive to details
  • Resilient and Adaptable: reacts to change, ambiguity, and uncertainty with openness and confidence
  • Comfortable with basic data entry and basic arithmetic

Shift:

  • 1 PM to 9 PM
  • Flexibility to work weekends when needed, offering a balance between structured hours and adaptability

The estimated pay range for this position is between $25/hour and $35/hour.
