Job Description :
The Operations Admin will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Garden City field office and management teams. This role involves a variety of tasks including data entry, scheduling, program oversite, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. We are looking for a punctual team player who can work independently and provide administrative support for various departments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities. Coordinating: Aligning schedules for meetings, deliveries, and events. Processing RFQs and approving payments, submitting work orders and purchase orders. Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Manage and maintain comprehensive data, reports, and spreadsheets on organizational metrics and requirements. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
