- Analyze and Document Requirements:
- Conduct thorough analysis of ongoing changes to business processes and requirements for boundary applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and understood by all relevant parties.
- Continuously review and refine requirements to align with evolving business needs and objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate boundary applications against business requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure applications meet quality standards.
- Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all testing activities are thoroughly documented and that test results are communicated to stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on boundary applications and related processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within boundary applications and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ERP, POS systems and the associated boundary applications.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., RentalMan, Oracle).
Compensation Data$70,000 - $80,000
