We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our team at Twin Maples Specialty. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing and optimizing various operational processes, collaborate with the IT department, and support the Executive Vice President to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in analyzing and evaluating day-to-day operations of Twin Maples Specialty, including project management, facilities management, and process optimization.
* Collaborate with the IT department to help implement and optimize technological solutions to streamline operations.
* Help oversee facilities management tasks, including maintenance, safety, and security protocols.
* Provide support in gathering data and generating insights to improve operational performance.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
* Assist in preparing and presenting reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Some experience or internship in operations analysis, project management, or facilities management is preferred.
* Basic understanding of technology and its application in business operations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
* Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus, but not required.
