Operations Analyst

QUAD is currently seeking an Operations Analyst for a prestigious boutique investment team in Philadelphia, PA. They offer hybrid 2 days in office schedule, amazing benefits and career growth.

The Operations Analyst will work with world class investment and operations teams that can take advantage of investments opportunities unavailable to most firms. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

• Maintaining data sets and sources, automating data integration tasks, and implementing exception handling and notification systems
• Supporting investment process through preparation of quantitative reports and dashboards
• Assisting with development and maintenance of analytical tools
• Collecting and organizing financial data related to investment monitoring and decision making
• Utilizing quantitative financial models

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Operations Analyst will possess these skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Math, Stats or MIS
• Experience in the investment industry or related preferred
• Thorough knowledge of financial databases and modeling technology/software
• Proficiency with Python, RESTful APIs, PowerBI, Excel, and VBA highly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong technical skills
