Position Details: Title: Operations Associate Location: Remote (Candidates can live near a major airport anywhere in the continental US) Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (weekend travel is not common) Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 + Company Equity + Travel Perks Benefits: 4 weeks PTO + Paid Holidays / Company paid medical/dental/vision Insurance / Stock Options / More! Travel: Up to 25% due to client demand Position Description: As an Operations Associate, you'll have a hands-on role in building our operational backbone. You'll support customer success, fulfillment, and process improvements, setting the foundation for scalable growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional ready to dive into operations, put processes in place, and deliver high-impact results in a growth environment. Fulfillment Coordination Coordinate end-to-end machine fulfillment, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and post-commissioning activities Ensure each step in the fulfillment process is executed efficiently and documented accurately for cross-team visibility Data Management & Documentation Own and maintain fulfillment data in our CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Track fulfillment metrics and prepare reports that inform teach decisions and highlight improvement areas Process Improvement & Scalability Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the fulfillment and customer success processes Design and implement scalable processes and automation where possible to drive efficiency Actively seek ways to streamline workflows and build systems that can scale as the business grows Customer Success Support Develop strong customer relationships by supporting fulfillment and ensuring a positive experience from delivery through ongoing support Serve as a key point of contact for customers post-sale, providing timely updates and support for a smooth customer experience Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to align operations with customer needs and organizational goals. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on fulfillment progress and process improvements Requirements: Travel a minimum of 25%, flexing with volume demands 4+ years of operations, coordination, and/or leadership experience. Active Duty military experience desired. Bachelor's degree Industry Familiarity: Basic understanding of heavy equipment and job site safety. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRMs, ERPs, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools. Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand basic mechanical concepts and learn on the job. Effective Communication: Able to use industry terminology and communicate clearly across teams and with clients.
