Job Description :

Specific responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire fulfillment process to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Optimize warehouse workflows, looking for ways to minimize errors and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience team to resolve client-related inquiries about fulfillment and receiving.
  • Address operational issues that affect orders, implementing practical solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Provide operational updates to management, sharing insights on any issues affecting warehouse performance.
  • Maintain quality control checks throughout the fulfillment process, upholding our high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local carriers to manage pick-ups, address last-minute changes, and ensure smooth outbound logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields.
  • Practical experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics with a focus on hands-on management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to coordinate with team members.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse software, with a focus on day-to-day operational use.
  • Ability to handle and resolve immediate operational issues on the floor.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and high standards in the warehouse environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in each language, allowing effective communication with diverse teams.
