Operations Associate Responsibilities:

• Perform grain handling operations, including loading/unloading into bins and railcars.
• Operate and maintain grain handling technologies and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manual tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor grain conditioning and storage practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Operations Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in grain operations.
• Basic knowledge of grain handling, conditioning, and storage.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and using lifts.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
