Operations Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, near BART

Salary: $22-26/hour

Contract 2 months possibly longer

Responsibilities:

  • Cover front desks in the absence of the staff.
  • Coordinate all maintenance matters, including scheduling, resident interface, and follow-up.
  • Manage the maintenance work order database.
  • Provide confidential administrative, secretarial, and project support to the General Manager and Board President.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports for the General Manager, Board of Directors, and assigned Committee Chairs.
  • Perform secretarial and office duties for the management office and Front Desk.
  • Assist residents and staff in answering questions, interpreting, explaining, and advising the public, owners, and residents concerning the policies and procedures of the Association.
  • Assist Accountant, Bookkeeper, and Front Desk staff as required.
  • Ensure the resident database is correct and updated at all times, including the resident website.
  • Attend and participate in all staff meetings as required.
  • Organize and schedule the service elevator for moves, deliveries, etc. Coordinate the elevator schedule.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in coordination or a similar role
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communication abilities
    • Proficiency in database management
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
