Position Summary The Operations Coordinator is focused on completing specific functions that support the location operation. Focus on profitability, efficiencies and identify opportunities to mentor existing workforce while developing and implementing strategies for growth and best businesspracticies within assigned location. Responsibilities
  • Provides in-house graphic design and desktop publishing for recreating labels for electrical equipment. Types of artwork include, but are not limited to, package, on-device, and facility labels.
  • Redesigns or revises existing labels to support of new part numbers, initiatives or responses to industry/government regulations.
  • Documents changes between revisions of documents.
  • Maintains data base of label files.
  • Collaborates with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop correct labels and layouts for equipment.
  • Collaborates with SMEs to correct, revise, or improve existing publications.
  • Coordinates printing approvals with external print vendors if needed.
  • Provides design and desktop publishing support for other company needs as they arise.
  • Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of print materials.
  • Manages all media assets, including hardware and software
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with internal customers, external customers, and vendors. Conduct client (internal or external) communication in a highly customer service-oriented manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring projects/assigned functions are completed timely and meet budget, productivity and quality goal(s).
  • Work with Manager to ensure continuous improvement of process/procedures, vendors and general business initiatives are developed and implemented.
  • Prepare variety of reports as assigned.
  • Work may require flexible hours, coordinate and/or communicate with leadership and/or location.
  • Observe all safety rules and Best Practices; Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong computer skills.GP/CRM a plus.For Components:Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker, and Acrobat.
  • Able to work independently,work on multiple projects, and independently problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written skills-Able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals at different levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Associate's degree in related field and a minimum 4 years of experience or 5 years of a mix of education and experience.

Additional Information Travel: 0-5% Compensation: $23-$25 Type:Full-time Location: Visalia, CA Relocation: No relocation provided Benefits: Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, Employee Ownership Plan, matching 401k, paid time off, Paid Holidays (10 a year), and Milestone bonus.
