At BiOriginSP, we don't just produce paper; we engineer versatile solutions.Job Description Join the foundation of our paper-making excellence as an Operations Coordinator at the Menominee Mill. We're looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. As a crucial part of our team, you'll support the overall operations and Human Resources functions. Requirements What we need from you:
  • Assist with tasks delegated by mill manager to support operations team, with focus on Human Resources support (with dotted line to mill HR Manager).
  • Weekly review of hourly time (includes going through employee time records, updating and making documented changes)
  • Maintain and reconcile hourly time off tracker.
  • Assist with HR Duties (helping with hourly employee changes, recruiting, orientation, etc...)
  • Support HR and Safety with administrative requests (personnel file maintenance/compliance)
  • Coordinate lunches/meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Assisting HR with filling in absences
  • Must be able to work flex schedule
Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent and 2-5 years supporting Human Resources as assistant or in entry-level role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • People oriented with great communication skills.
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint, & ADP is a plus

Working Conditions
  • Office setting with occasional exposure to paper machine areas and shipping and warehousing areas.
  • Potential hazards include exposure to production equipment, high noise areas and heat and humidity
