This role will complete enrollments tasks and learn related systems and programs, work with other groups as needed to update and validate Nat Gas systems, deals, and customer accounts, and work on basic deal purchase/deal entry responsibilities.Focus on Account/Market operations - including account tracking, drops, enrollments, adjustments, etc. for all customersUse of the Natural Gas Pricing tool, EDI, and various utility systemsVerify the accuracy of submitted data through various reports & contractual documentsPerform enrollment tasks including, but not limited to: usage requests, coordination of deadlines and utility communicationsChange, move, update accounts on deals while understanding the overall picture and the effects on other groupsClear, concise and timely communication with appropriate partiesEntering, uploading and adjusting the TCQ, Base & Heat data pointsMaintaining Enrollments upload files; understand how files workShare information as appropriate on accounts; using Smartsheet to relay required informationBasic deal execution functions, deal set up and structureAbility to enter basic Natural Gas deals, such as triggers and monthly dealsVerify deal parameters, such as risk and contract issues prior to purchaseMeet and complete tasks as required by established compliance controlsCoordinate between other departments to diagnose and repair problemsRespond to inquiries from multiple groups regarding deal costs, structure, set upWork with IT regarding process changes, system implementations, facilitating daily and monthly adjustments; new system testingDo you like to solve problems and consider yourself forward thinking?
