The Jesse Scroggins Wealth Team is looking for a dedicated and strategic-minded Operations Coordinator to support their financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service and achieving long-term operational success. This role will focus on integrating strategic insights into financial planning and ensuring that our operations align with their team's vision and client objectives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Meeting Preparation

  • Collaborate with the wealth advisors to provide insights into investments, tax planning, and estate planning, helping clients align these areas with their long-term financial goals.
  • Manage pre-meeting and post-meeting preparations, including reviewing meeting notes, updating financial plans, and creating detailed agendas that reflect the broader client strategies.
  • Identify and track long-term business development opportunities, managing the client pipeline, and identifying areas for growth within the team.

Strategic Client Communication

  • Ensure that all client communications deliver clarity and consistency, reinforcing trust and alignment with their individualized financial goals.
  • Prepare strategic briefings for the lead advisor before and after client meetings, ensuring that discussions incorporate long-term objectives.

Operational Leadership

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage year-end financial planning tasks (such as Roth conversions and tax return reviews) to align with overall team objectives.
  • Enhance the onboarding process for new clients by implementing operational efficiencies and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Maintain and enhance operational systems, including Calendly, Holistaplan, and various financial planning software applications.

Execution & Long-Term Coordination

  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives identified during client meetings, ensuring effective execution of tasks such as account setup, trading, and portfolio management.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve planning processes to address emerging challenges and drive operational excellence.
