About the PositionThe Operations Coordinator (Returns) is responsible for ensuring returned product is processed per customer needs, tracking and tracing loads (via email & WMS), entering shipment status notes in the WMS and other assigned tasks.Functions
- Process returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Inspect returned product according to quality standards
- Handle incoming communications from customers and site leadership
- Address customer concerns regarding return-related issues
- Work closely with warehouse associates, Quality and Inventory teams to ensure returned product is handle properly
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in logistics is preferred, but not required
- Strong PC skills and experience with all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications with proven ability to follow up on issues
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment
