General Manager Lynchburg, VA MUST:Experienced General Manager5-7 years of management experience in hotel operations3+ years experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teamsProven track record of financial management and budget oversight.Exceptional customer service skills with a strong understanding of guest needs and expectations.Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, RMS) and other operational tools.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel during shifts.Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the hotel.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
