The role oversees and is accountable for project management, budget control, process improvement, team development, and operational strategies. The role ensures that the company's operations align with overall business goals and that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. As an executive team leader, the role embodies and supports the organization's core values.Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Operations department, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver result
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and expenditures for operational activities.
• Regularly review operational practices to identify potential risk areas and develop contingency plans.

Compensation & Benefits:
